These Sunday morning classes are perfect for revitalizing your energy for a fresh start to the week. Classes are inspired by the current astrological weather and Anusara’s Universal Principles of Alignment™. You will learn to embody and flow between level 1-2 yoga postures that develop balance, strength and inner calm. This class is appropriate for all levels of students with some experience of linking poses with breath. The following props are strongly recommended: yoga mat, 2 blocks, strap, bolster, blanket, eye pillow. Class length is 75 mins.

These easy going Tuesday and Thursday evening classes are a perfect way to wind down your day. Classes are inspired by Anusara’s Universal Principles of Alignment™. You will learn to embody and flow between level 1-2 yoga postures linking your movement with your breath. Sequences are designed to develop balance, strength and inner calm. This class moves at a slow place to cultivate Presence in your body. The following props are strongly recommended: yoga mat, 2 blocks, strap, bolster, blanket, eye pillow. Class length is 60 mins.

These easy going Saturday morning classes are a perfect way to start your weekend. Classes are inspired by astrological archetypes and Anusara’s Universal Principles of Alignment™. You will learn the fundamentals of level 1-2 yoga postures that develop balance, strength and inner calm. This class is a balance of yin and yang energies and is equally restorative as it is strengthening. The pace of class is slow to cultivate Presence in your body. The following props are strongly recommended: yoga mat, 2 blocks, strap, bolster, blanket, eye pillow. Class length is 75 mins.
